Since I was a kid, the fall has been my favorite time of year since for two reasons, football season and Halloween!  Both of which are fast approaching and this year I need more than one Halloween type costume.  I was in the market for a flashy and attractive costume for a Halloween party and a sports-themed costume for the Pro football kick-off party my friend is having.

When I first started looking online, there were so many costumes and themes to choose from that I was overwhelmed.  Also, I knew that living in the United Kingdom was going to make it that much more difficult to purchase a must-have costume from an American retailer.

I ordered the Tackle Me Adult Costume for the football party at the beginning of September.  For Halloween, I am forcing my sweetie to twist back to the fifties with me in the Sock Hop Sweetie Adult Costume.  Both costumes were shipped to my US mailing address and were then combined in one box for low cost forwarding to me overseas.  I was able to track my package on the Bongo International website and received my costumes with plenty of time to spare so that I could use my new US address to order accessories and shoes from Costumes4less too.

Remote Control Cars SPEED in at Last Minute from Hobbytron

Being one of six siblings, birthdays come and go so fast for me because my family is so large.  It has been even more of a challenge since relocating overseas and moving in with my brother, his wife, and twin sons.  The boys are turning 8 next week and in my typical laid back fashion, I have waited until the last minute to get them the remote control cars they have had their hearts set on for months.  It is my job as the young and “hip” aunt to get them the coolest pair of cars their mates have ever seen.

As something of an “Internet Diva” who is always pressed for time, I do almost all of my shopping online.  Since I tend to pick items that are predominantly from US based stores that don’t ship directly overseas, I made the decision to sign up with a parcel forwarding company called Bongo International.  Bongo gave me a US Address, and the freedom to shop on a great site, Hobbytron.com, and purchase the Ferrari F430 Spider Model Electric RC Car and the Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster RC Car.  Two super racing replicas designed for speed, torque, and well, more speed.  (At least that’s what my nephews told me.)
